Hello Reimubro, sorry I never got to send you back a real letter, but I've been a bit busy, and not even having money to send one as of now, and then this post have been severely delayed because I've been banned, but now that I am able to tell you this, thanks for the letter m8 the cards looks great.

And, was I really the first?

You're welcome m8

Can I send you one?

Is this form that thread where everyone pretended to send each other gifts but IRL it was epic trolling generalsphere?

>> No.11495712

How about you write legibly instead of in that lazy cursive form, fagshit?

Just write in print if you're too lazy to do proper handwriting.

It's not "lazy cursive". That's just how people who were taught cursive write. Take a look at some of the kids today who never learned cursive and compare it to those who have learned cursive. The ones without cursive knowledge will write like some kind of typewriter, it's weird. The ones with cursive will write like normal people.

I guess what I'm saying is that after someone has been taught cursive, they take some letters and techniques from cursive writing and apply it to their everyday handwriting.

>> No.11495805

that isn't cursive.

Unless this is really board-relevant, please keep it out-of-channel. Thanks.

I actually got something from that thread. But that was like 3, maybe even 4 months ago, why would this thread be up about receiving a letter of all things?

>> No.11495877

>>11495752

The only thing I "got out" of cursive when I learned it in the 3rd grade is to write even worse. My print is nearly illegible, and letters often lose parts and get strung together. Like "the" will look more like "he." The only thing worth getting out of cursive is your signature. Or acting pompous by buying a two-hundred dollar pen and writing everything in immaculate (read: illegible) cursive.

Gomenasai,

I do not even know why I am writing this letter to you. I suppose I thought it would be a fun thing to do but now that I am actually writing this letter I don't know what to write about, given that I do not even know who you are or what activities you spend your time on before you pay the final debt that we all owe.

I suppose there is not much to write to you about my own situation, given that I pretty much match the description that could be applied to most /jp/sies. ``Otaku culture'' has only recently migrated to my corner of the world and those that indulge in it here are by and large the same group of harmless misfits that smell of cheese that you can probably find in comic book stores from Los Angeles to Montreal to Tokyo to London to Brisbane. Although I am enough of a neurotypical to consider writing this letter a good idea I am not normal enough to attempt to socialize with these people regardless of the fact that we share the same interests. Hearing them shout memes in public makes me want to put their heads in with wine bottles and that is probably a good enough sign as any that social interaction is probably not going to be the thing for me.

Please write back if we share a mutual irrational hatred for goofy people who have never and would never intend on harming us at all in their lives. If I had any kind of artistic skill, I would have enclosed various sketches for your enjoyment. Unfortunately, you will instead receive badly written haikus. Finally, which Touhou would you fuck?

Please Respond,
A /jp/sie

What a depressing thing to put in a letter written to someone you don't even know or have written to before. Talk about edgy.

I print, I could never understand cursive. The fact doctor's shit is illegible is half the reason I made the decision to never partake in writing in that style.

How good my writing is completely depends on how much i've been writing (or even drawing) in the past while. But it's always readable, even if it's at it's shittiest.

Cursive however I have to spend minutes decrypting words like i'm learning Kanji or something.

No problem. And the first letter? Yeah. I wrote all of the letters at the same time though, and I just went down the list. It took me 1-2 months just to start it, so it was rushed as I was busy. I wrote some stuff I shouldn't have, but didn't want to redo it because I was really busy and I wanted to send them out as soon as possible.

>>11495712
It's not cursive. I just don't lift the pen very high, so it ends up being like that.

>> No.11496803

If I ever got a letter form /jp/ (which would probably be due to an unfortunate mix-up in the mail) I would FREAK the fuck out. I would post it right here on /jp/ and CALL THE SENDER OUT. And he would be fucking RUINED, I say RUINED, if he ever fucking dared to accidentally send me another one.

And that's all I have to say about THAT.
