Food isn't a concern, since even if you didn't want to shop wisely or get foodstamps a hikki could easily starve themselves enough.

The issue is rent and utilities. Assuming you live near enough to some kind of corner store to buy instant noodles from, you could just walk over for supplies and not need a car which in itself is a huge savings. Autism bucks cap out at around 700 give or take, and most rent goes no lower than 400 even in the shittiest neighborhoods, 450 at absolute cheapest is more realistic for a frail NEET unable to impress the native negroids, if you wanted to survive the first year.

Now, assuming you use an old p4 computer and a 15 inch lcd the only real power drain you'd have to worry about is your fridge. If the one there is a real hog, just get a tiny mini one and only plug it in when you have things that need to be cold. Same with heating (some places don't have gas or steam heating) and cooling, use only when you can't avoid it, and make the one time investment for smaller more energy efficient models. If you're careful about these things your engergy bill will never top $50 a month. This leaves 200 a month or there abouts to cover internet, plus whatever else they make you take to get it (cable, phone, crack, I don't know bundle it) as well as covering all your other needs. Things like clothes, medicine, replacements for things you use everyday like your computer, and food should all be saved up for over periods of months and budgeted out to be bought in bulk one at a time.

So yes, it might be possible if housing costs are low enough in your area, but it's a tight rope and if anything unexpected happens you're stuck over budget for years becuase of it.
