I didn't stay for long. I used to visit /tg/ before /jp/ came along, it's not what it was but that might just be nostalgia. It seems like they take it easy, but I didn't understand or care about most of what they were talking about.
/co/ had a lot of arguments but they were pretty standard internet fare. One thing that surprised me was the amount of anime and (non-animated) film discussion. Imagine if our janitor was assigned there. He'd have an aneurysm.
