So I looked it up. Apparently cloning is completely viable, something my science teachers disagreed with just about 7 years ago. Not only is it viable, but yes, one can make an opposite gender clone. It's easier to make a female from a male too! You see, males are XY chromosomes, yet we carry a complete XX chromosome set in our sequencing. Take a long enough time to search though ourselves, and we can get an XX, or female, chromosome.
Male clones of women are more difficult, since women do not carry the Y part of the chromosome, so they need a donor, preferably an opposite gender twin. Barring that, father works too. However, the process of instilling with the Y chromosome the female's dna sequencing is both time consuming and inefficient, as there is a high chance that it will reject. But if it takes, there ya go, a genderswap clone!

So yeah, no I need to find a women willing to undergo a cloning pregnancy and a doctor willing to do it. Hopefully I come into millions soon.

Oh, and aging tech is still lacking, so I'll have to raise her as my daughter, which is cool I guess.
