Not sure if 1cc easy mode is just normal end or actual end, I assume the latter because Reimu/Yukari is ending #1 but seeing as I'm still getting my ass kicked too much to finish normal on anything but a bad end, these will do for now.

This Anon has an amazingly good point. Extra Stages (and anything in/after them) come later than the endings, and require the best endings generally. They should therefore be just as secret as the endings, if not moreso. However, you can get Phantasm scripts without any trouble, yet no one is willing to translate the endings (or even the Game Overs, for goodness' sake) so that people who don't know Japanese can read them. Something is wrong here.

The extra dialogue is not considered an ending, and yes, even though it's harder to reach an extra boss "after defeat" dialogue than actual endings, I think the problem lies in that some people take the whole "no ending spoiler" rule by ZUN very very seriously.
