I always wanted to play it when I saw it but at the time my PC power level was too weak and I was bad at shootan.

Years later when the Touhou fightan games came out, I got into those huge because I love fightan games. Then I decided to try the Touhous, and got my ass kicked, so I went and leveled up by playing R-Type and Gradius, and Raiden until I could into shmupping.

Still can't 1CC it or anything but I'm getting bretty gud.

Touhou still makes me happy. I'm not very good at the games, but I try my best, and I enjoy the plot.

I wasn't sure how to get into non-canonical works (or if I even wanted to) until recently, but now that I have, I find new things to appreciate about 2hu, and the characters.
