Like, what would it be like a comedy centered around these 4? How about an RPG game? adventurous story or any other.

Because what I see in this team is a good mix of characters, despite being completely fanon. You can also come up with more of your own characterization of them to make them more perfect.

Still, Chen doesn't quite belong to Baquartet.
If anything, she should join with another animal youkais like Tewi, Nazrin and Kyouko who also happen to have an owner/caretaker.

Its actually canon that she is quite powerful but just lacks tactical foresight. Hell, she even beat Marisa which is an impressive feat. Also if you read Marissa's grimoire, Marisa makes note that cirno attacks are scary powerful and have potential to be much more so if she had a bit better tactical judgement.

Cirno isn't retarded and she's certainly not weak. She's just a girl who wants to have fun. She's easy going and lives in the moment and has strong ambition. If she wasn't so impulsive i have no doubt shed have the potential to cause an incident.

Well, Cirno certainly have potential, but Letty as a Yuki-onna have more control over the cold and possibly on par with strong youkai while Chen can be really strong when she's near Ran and Yukari.

Maybe what really seperate Chen and the Baquartet is that Baquartet consist of wild youkai/fairy who doesn't belong to anyone.

And there's reason why Cirno usually put as their leader because she's the strongest of them all.

I'd have to disagree. Cirno has more of a wild personality so shed probably be closer to ritsu. However her super ambition could also cause her to be yui, being as yui is very single minded but instantly succeeds at anything she puts effort towards.

unless you're talking about strictly musical capacity. Then shed probably be Mio because she seems to be the leader of the group. That or once again Ritsu.

Honestly they way i see it more as would be
Cirno - Ritsu (for reasons above)
Mystia - Yui (for general air headedness but being light hearted)
Wriggle - Mio (seems to be the most collected and focused of the group)
Rumia - Mugi (is in it for the fun and often in her own little world)

My alternate lineup would be
Cirno - Mio (group lead and organizer)
Rumia - Ritsu (energetic known her the longest of the group)
Mystia - Yui
Weiggle - Mugi (it fits well enough and there wasnt another slot left)

Cirno is too tomboyish and brash for the flower-picking and dancing games the other fairies favor and everybody else considers fairies beneath their level. So in the practice, she's ostracized. If fairies were complex beings, Cirno would probably feel the weight of being ignored, but she's too simple-minded to even realize that. So she wakes up day after day, finds some mischief to do, and gets absorbed on that until it's time to sleep again. She has been doing this for centuries and will keep that way.

Mystia is clearly the more focused of the quartet, while Wriggle's drive lies between Mystia (always looking for something to do) and Rumia (eternal lazy days).

I think it's more that fairies have a laidback personality and don't put too much importance into things. So she can remember things for a long time, like that the incident in PoFv happens every 60 years, but she didn't put a thought into the importance of that. She seems to be easily distracted, as she forgets about her revenge against the 3 fairies for a while. So you can say she is childish, tomboyish and thickheaded, but not stupid in the way fanon always portrays her.
I guess it's similar to the rest of team 9, none of them is a genius, they are just youkai that aren't very powerful.
