If you're impatient, here's all the costumes plus the base image that goes underneath all of them.
Still trying to figure out how to unlock them legitimately. A lot of spanking under a lot of different that seem to unlock items at random and every 500 spanks or so.

17k spanks later I finally unlocked a new costume. Easiest way to get items is to do 50/70/100/500/700/1000 Hits with each of the S titles that are unlocked at 500/2000/10000 global hits. That takes care of the first item page outright and it's best to get it out of the way first. Second page of items are at random on all titles and you can get repeats that won't count. Third page seems to be at rare random while using special titles like meido master or the ones from playing 10 minutes straight. Fourth page of items is luck of the draw and the more esoteric items like buruma, cat ears and so on.

I'm sure I could have unlocked this uniform at least 6k earlier if I had figured out the S title items system before.

Actually, it turns out I DID have superSU as a system app. Followed the advice of http://d.hatena.ne.jp/cubick/20130704 (although systemcleanup was all fucked up on my system for whatever reason, it was listing every app twice and not giving me the option to move them, I just used some other app-moving app) and it loads now. I had to get the newest version because mine was out of date. It's downloading something now, I guess the sound files, etc.
