Gensokoyo Universalis 3: Government

Hi guys, Miles here. Back for help on my europa mod

I'm having some trouble deciding what government the various 2hu groups would have.

For example: the Tengus have a chief, so they would be a chiefdom of some kind. Or despotism.

Shrines, taoists, buddhists are all Theocratic governments.

What governement would
Kappas, oni, celestials, ghosties (youmu,yuyuko,etc.) , yakumo family, SDM, eientei, the Yama et al.

Human village(s) would probably be steppe nomads, mostly for comedic effect. although it also allows for them to be abused easily by their neighbors as the weak humans they are.

tl;dr what govs do various 2hus have?

paradox also seems to enjoy releasing DLC for things that should already be in the game, at least for crusader kings, i hope they dont do the same for EU4

maybe i'll mod gensokyo universal 4 at some point

Gensokyo is pretty fucking small. A Touhou mod for EU doesn't really make sense.

That's the problem with Paradox, not EU4. The Paradox Jews tend to pull that shit in their late games all the time. The content that should be in the game is instead released in a form of DLC.

It's almost the same shit, just in a new package(Clausewitz engine).
The spy job is now performed by the diplomat. The magistrates are also removed. There are 3 technology trees. Administration, Military and Economical one. Each one has points(adm points, mil points and eco points) that need to be spend to upgrade the technology level. Those points are also used to upgrade the national ideas. The points are also used(along with money) to build buildings, quell rebellions, raise stability, create cores and other stuff. Different things require different points.

The vassal annexation became a process for years now. It doesn't happen immediately. There is also no bad boy points anymore. Instead your neighbors will start getting upset/angry if you become aggressive and may create a coalition against you. Core creation and religion conversion became a simple process too.

And some other stuff. Basically they did some minor improvements and that's it. The game didn't change that much.
