Just because it's overused doesn't mean it's a meme. It's just a word and people only use it when they see or read something that's actually lewd. Telling people to stop using a word because you think it is spammed and has become a meme is like telling them to stop saying "yes" because that's also an overused word for those who want to give an affirmative answer.
