I had trouble sleeping a while back. What I did to solve it was to lie in bed all night and relax. When I gave up and spent the night at the computer, that made things worse.

How much free time do you have?

I had/remembered a lot of cool dreams when I was failing uni and not turning up to classes (at all). I just stayed in bed and when I woke up I went back to sleep. Try to recall your dreams first thing when you wake up and record them in a dream journal. Soon enough you'll have your own stories flying though the sky with you're favorite toho.
