Maybe...DDH-05? You can search Yahoo Japan auctions for custom DD heads and you might find one that works for the look you want. Otherwise, you can buy a blank head and commission the faceup.

From there all you need is a body, clothes, eyes, and wig and you're done! You can browse the options at Volks' US store

With a custom make-up you have more control over what you want, but there's always the fuss of finding a decent artist, shipping the head back and forth and all that. I paid like $50 for a blank head and $30 for the makeup, so that is a bit cheaper than what pre-done heads usually go for, too, but a bit more trouble.

Heads from limited models can run a few hundred. If you're just buying a body to go with the head, then it is a reasonable deal for a LE doll.

Pre-painted heads are usually around 100 USD. But popular and well-known artists charge a bit more. For example, Ronronshuka heads can sometimes be as much as a limited edition doll's head.

Check Mandarake for reasonable deals as well.

Re-dressed some of mine recently since my ExGF took all her stuff and some of my dolls were wearing clothes/wigs/shoes that were hers.

Only have an overall desk pic to show though, need to take better ones as soon as my 24-70 comes back from service.
