Wait until she's close, then fly up until you're higher than her, then dash. You should pass through her with enough time to recharge before she gets to you again. Then it's just learning her timing so you can attack her when her field goes down.

Also note that some characters are fast enough to just dash right through her, making the whole thing a lot easier.
