Everything ground to air is air unblockable. The grounded parasol spin when people are approaching and the teleport (pic related) when they're retreating just let me down people well with it if they lowfly. And if they highfly, well, no big threat there.
Also 1.03 is supposed to be on 8/16. I think there maybe a revival of sorts then. I know I haven't played much.

The English weather patch won't effect any gameplay since all it does is change the images. The no weather patch will completely fuck around a netgame assuming you're both not using it.
