I'm tired of loli. Lets talk about monstergirls that aren't snakes or demons. Or just similar things like kemonomimi and human versions of animals.

Images of child pornography are not protected under First Amendment rights, and are illegal contraband under federal law. Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age). Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor. Undeveloped film, undeveloped videotape, and electronically stored data that can be converted into a visual image of child pornography are also deemed illegal visual depictions under federal law.
Notably, the legal definition of sexually explicit conduct does not require that an image depict a child engaging in sexual activity. A picture of a naked child may constitute illegal child pornography if it is sufficiently sexually suggestive. Additionally, the age of consent for sexual activity in a given state is irrelevant; any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age engaging in sexually explicit conduct is illegal.

Federal law prohibits the production, distribution, reception, and possession of an image of child pornography using or affecting any means or facility of interstate or foreign commerce

Any individual who attempts or conspires to commit a child pornography offense is also subject to prosecution under federal law.

You don't know much about the _real_ crime you are talking about, do you?

How is that allowed? States should be able to set the age of pornography themselves. What's the justification for taking away states' rights like that?

>Any violation of federal child pornography law is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face severe statutory penalties. For example, a first time offender convicted of producing child pornography under 18 U.S.C. § 2251, face fines and a statutory minimum of 15 years to 30 years maximum in prison. A first time offender convicted of transporting child pornography in interstate or foreign commerce under 18 U.S.C. § 2252, faces fines and a statutory minimum of 5 years to 20 years maximum in prison. Convicted offenders may face harsher penalties if the offender has prior convictions or if the child pornography offense occurred in aggravated situations defined as (i) the images are violent, sadistic, or masochistic in nature, (ii) the minor was sexually abused, or (iii) the offender has prior convictions for child sexual exploitation. In these circumstances, a convicted offender may face up to life imprisonment.

confirmed for a real crime

what's the justification for being a pedophile?

that's right, there is none. this argument isn't about 2d art, it's about having real CP. why are you even defending this shit? unless you have the mental illness known as pedophilia, i don't see any reasonable explanation for why an ordinary 2dloving otaku would go out of his way to defend real child pornography unless he looks at it himself.

>> No.11105159

>>11105144
I'm pretty sure that just applies to pornography to be distributed. Age of consent for 'private' sex is lower than 18 in a handful of states.

I hate furry art, but I wouldn't support it being illegal, not that I support CP even if it doesn't hurt anyone after its already made. It's like pics of dead people.

I still think the government shouldn't be able to tell states what they can do in their own state. Federal should stick to interstate things, like the transmission of CP. Although honestly, if 17 year olds want to trade nudes why can't they?

>>11105159

i'm not fond of furry art either, but i wouldn't make it illegal because it's *NOT EVEN REAL*. i agree with bestiality being illegal (at least in my state) because that's fucking disgusting; a real person taking advantage of a real animal.

i am fine with 2d loli not being illegal because it's also *NOT REAL*! however, using the same reasoning as for the above, i absolutely detest *REAL* CP because it involves sexual photos of *REAL CHILDREN*, and since these children are minors and more often than not under the age of consent, production, circulation and viewing of such conduct is damaging to all parties involved, both physically and mentally, and therefore illegal under federal law.
