Hitler appreciated Japanese racial purity. Despite what people say, national socialism isn't about hate, it's about loving your own. Hitler had sympathy for peoples that did so, and hated Jews because they corrupt everything they touch (German business, art, and culture).

Nowadays Jews control the world and that's why our culture is McDonalds and romantic comedies.

If you mean whether the author was serious, the only way to preserve cultural diversity is to not mix cultures like we do. Something important has been lost when people don't have roots and everything is an import.

If it's for the good of Europe and not a detriment to Germans in Germany, I don't see why it'd be a problem.

Again, it's not like Hitler thought non-whites are icky and should be eradicated on sight. It's more complex than that. You can have a dominant culture/heritage with some assimilated immigrants.
