Oh man, I was getting some water just now and a black man approached me. "Excuse me, sir, is this a quarter," he questioned as I stared into his upward palm. Indeed it was a quarter. "Yup, that's a quarter," I stated in response as I looked upward to see glasses sitting in front of the eyes on his face, which had an unusually dark complexion. He explained that he couldn't see very well in the dark, and got confused by nickels and quarters. After the exchange he apologized to me and I told him to not worry about it, but I don't think he heard me as I spoke with my back to him because I was carrying a five gallon jug to my car.

I wanted to ask where he was from because he had some sort of African accent. Seemed like a nice fellow.
