To be quite honest most Touhou music is rather bland outside of IOSYS. I realize that it is cool to have a favorite circle other than IOSYS, but they're the only guys making catchy electronic pop tunes. Everything else is generic trance or boring power-metal-style instrumentals. I got one of those megatorrents of Touhou music a few months ago, and ended up deleting most of it.

Though t+pazolite is cool too, and Fragile Online wins points for mixing King Crimson tunes into their songs, even if it sounds stupid.

Innocent Key is ok. I have Touhou Sweets, but it doesn't really strike me as anything special. It's certainly nothing that IOSYS hasn't done already. I'll guess that I'll check out Ezel-Ash though. In case you couldn't tell, I don't exactly follow this stuff.

IIRC, there's some guy converting the lossless music collection in .ogg.

To find everything else though, you're probably going to have to dig around. I'd imagine there's music packs for each Comiket/Raiteisai.
