Guys I need help

There is this thesis (30 pages) I have to write about hikikomori.. I wrote one but the teacher didn't like it, yet I used almost every info I could find on the internets.. but clearly I failed

So I want to ask for your help. Do you have any sources/ info / anything good enough to gather deeper information about hikikomori? I'm at lost.

she said it was a plagiarism.. all I did was gather information, (which I had to translate of course), and added something of my own.. and those info I gathered I put a reference/ source on it, so it won't look like all those things were my own ideas (because of course they weren't).. yet the teacher claimed its plagiarism...

I'm guessing he either fucked up his referencing or just wrote something that is quote after quote without much original substance.

The real question is why he didn't ask his teacher to explain properly what he did wrong though.
