Who alcoholic otaku here ? I've been sober for three days and I feel really bad and anxious, is it already too late for me ?

I've started to get drunk alone recently and since I'm the type of people that gets depressed when drinking I always end wasted. Yet everything seems boring if I'm not drunk, not like I'm way too drunk or crying silently to read subtitles and/or playing correctly though.
