Nope. The fact is, most people are active around a certain time of day, or they have multiple thread ideas in a short amount of time. The idea that "you shouldn't be posting threads more than once every three hours" is just bogus, and does nothing to stop the actual spammers who can easily get around it.

Yeah, that makes sense. I stay off /jp/ from like 1600-0200, generally. The middle of the day is great, because meido deletes all the garbage and shitposters go away for a while.
