I don't think that's it. When I see a cute girl wolfing down food or talking about food passionately, all I can think about is how attractive she is. Nothing about semen even crosses my mind.

Getting a bit off-topic here, for an example check how Haruue and Uiharu in the Railgun series talk to eachother about food. Specifically, there are scenes in episodes three and four in the second series which shows this. I could watch them sample and talk about food like that for hours. That girl in Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko who is often eating things is also most attractive when she's eating stuff.

I suppose there is something oddly fascinating about seeing a young girl talk passionately about food, if anything for breaking away from stereotypical models. I don't really see anything attractive when a girl takes a bite out of a hamburger though.

I'm more interested in a regal, elegant way of eating. Now that requires real finesse, it must take days to master proper table etiquette.

In a way, I guess I'm saying that table manners make me hard.
