I just started playing and at a good time, too. WG is giving out 5k gold to people who play 200 world of warplane games during E3 (to make the game seem like it's not shit to the journalists). All you need to do is sign up for the closed beta and they'll accept you in 24 hours. I got lucky here cause I'm never going to give WG money because they're such a stupid piece of shit company.
