Are there any programs that will make it easier for me to sort my unsorted Touhou folder instead of having to drag everything to each 2hu's folder? I think /jp/ has this knowledge.

You can set up your own booru on your computer or use the Hydrus Network to tag your images (the latter has a public database of images already tagged)

I get that it would help me with viewing but I would it help when I want to find an image to post on 4chan or somewhere else?

It's easy to find the picture you're looking for if it's properly tagged.

Ok not always especially if you have a huge folder but it makes things easier.

That's part of the problem though, since some of my folders are huge. That's why I'd rather just sort everything into folders instead of tagging.

I use Picasa, the tagging feature is really neat.

google is a botnet

>> No.10992508

I was working on a script that could do this, just run it on a folder and set it to sort after character and boom.

Why do people always use third-party programs, what's wrong with the tagging function built-in to Explorer?

Pretty neat.
