How do you make green tea taste better?

It's just so nasty plain.

don't drink if you don't like you teaaboo!

you add sugar or honey if you don't like the taste of green tea
in addition try red tea for a lighter, less bitter taste and black tea or oolong for a stronger, more bitter taste

Once you get off the standard american diet, everything tastes better.

>> No.10958586

taste isn't about something being sweet and appealing you know. it's about being able to obtain a pallet for things in a manner that constructively allows you to inquire about your day to day lifestyle with a dynamic paradigm. if every beverage or food was delicious in the sense of your preference being matched, you'd be living a stale forecastable existence. if something is nasty, figure out why it's nasty to you and not just reject it.

Tea is all about the aroma! Green tea is awesome.

Are you buying high quality green tea? Are you brewing it correctly? (Right temperature and time)

I'm addicted to it. I can't get over it.

Stop drinking it if you obviously don't like it. No need to force yourself to drink it, it's not going to make you any more Japanese.

It's obvious that you don't know how to prepare it well, I think you should ask /ck/ for that. Just don't buy those shitty teabags.

Green tea is technically the same thing as random lawn grass in hot water. It lacks fermentation, that's why it's so plain.

Never drank real green tea.

It's not just tea leaves thrown into a bag. Green tea does go through actual roasting and curing process. There's a big difference between fukamushi and asamushi for example, as gay as that sounds. Tea leaves have a really good flavor and caffeine to.

More like you never drank REAL black tea.
Brewed correctly, it has real a psychostimulant effect, comparable with alcohol, you're getting high from 2 cups. Green tea is plainer than the black one, no matter how you look at it.
