Not my favorite circle or anything but I always end up looking forward to their releases since they're kinda unique among Touhou arrangers, and I still have a clear memory of my first impression of their debut album.

I think the reason /jp/ is hating on Alstroemeria in recent times is because Alst's music is starting to appeal & change in a way that it's being enjoyed by a much wider, western audience. The music is not so "doujin" anymore in terms of its structure, it's starting to turn into real club music.

Small anecdote, I go to an ivy league college actually and there are a lot of asian and japanese speakers on campus. We throw two-thousand USD parties every month and hire a DJ, we always give him some tracks by alstroemeria to mix in and everyone enjoys it. (Imagine 200-300 college students getting drunk on the dancefloor dancing to mei ayakura and ayame... what a sight that is)

It's become "normalfag" music now, and I think that's why a lot of doujin fans are losing interest.

No they don't? I consistently cleared cards a few turns below the limit. With 2-3 cards per regular bosses that can't be more than 6 turns. You should minmax harder.

And there's no "battle of attrition." You have more units, more seishins, more items and more resupplier than the boss, there's really no way you can run out of resources first.

Of course this doesn't apply when you just want to play certain characters who were statted crappily. My second playthrough was somewhat harder because I was fielding Hina all the time, for example.

I scanned it myself and it's my first time doing this. I didn't clean it or anything and it's quite heavy (I don't think I should compress raws, although I reduced the image size by 25%). I bought a lot more but I'd just like to get the scanning thing right before I continue so feel free to criticize.

ENS album seemed really lacking compared to Auxiliary Brightness and Blaze Out. the vocals especially seemed out of place on some of the songs. normally i love ENS vocal tracks, but i think the Mindless Act instrumental will be better.
still really fucking good regardless, thanks to Kokuchou and Kirin.

Alstro album was pretty disappointing too, given the artist list. Nhato's track was pretty good.

It needs to be an in-browser download (or an external program) because of Mega's 'privacy' gimmick. Files are encrypted client side, and then sent to the server, so the server technically doesn't know what you uploaded. EastNewSound's Mindless Act wasn't exactly good. If I find Auxiliary Brightness better on so many levels. I usually turn to the 3 kirin songs to redeem the albums if the overall quality is bad, but even those 3 are very mediocre. "Contrivance" was brilliant on Auxiliary Brightness and none of these songs even touch that kind of quality. Sad.

DS takes lossless links/makes lossy rips from chinese forums with or without permission the large majority of the time (I think some of them do upload their own stuff). Anyway, untagged cues isn't something to 'prepare for the worst' for when you can just look up tracklists of the artists website and editing it is easy. Corrupted tags due to cue files being encoded in BIG5 or whatever can be easily fixed with notepad++.
