Makoto and Hibiki would be the last two standing. Smart money is on Makoto.

Mami and Ami would probably be the first to die, I can see them charging foolishly into the fray only to be killed by the likes of Miki, Makoto and Hibiki. Chihaya would be ignored at first but once someone sees her as a vulnerable target, she wouldn't last long, same for Azusa.

Miki is a naturally talented person in general but despite that she just isn't nearly the athlete that Makoto and Hibiki are. Those two are faster and stronger than the other girls and although I can see Miki surviving the initial bloodshed, she would eventually succumb to her physically superior peers.
