We've hated /v/ since creation, and we grew past /a/ within three months. Where have you been all these years?

how new are you?

Those are not the only boards I hate.
Now kindly get out

>> No.10885839

/jp/ was born from the hate of /a/ and /v/. /jp/ is a ghetto for the Jews that were forced out of those boards because neither wanted VNs and Touhou.

why /a/ and /v/ try to migrate here after these years just because their boards are shit is beyond me.

I mean seriously, this board was literally, actually created just to house everything /v/ and /a/ hates, why would they want to come here? Do they all hang out in /mlp/, /vg/, and /vp/ too?

>> No.10885845

Please do not misuse the quoting feature.

It's because the old guard of those boards feel that, while /jp/'s theme is completely out of their element, the board has the feel of the old boards. This makes /jp/ almost perfect to migrate to. All that's left for them is to change /jp/ into what they like. /q/ allows them that. Ironic, considering they moved out precisely because outsiders did to their boards the same thing they're trying to do with /jp/.

/q/ has probably only brought stricter moderation by people who don't know what this board is really like making it the total shit it is today.

What's the point of removing the background of a picture? Why do people do it? What do they gain from it? Is it an alternative to smilley faces or those "current mood:" things that are used in forums? I don't get it.

I myself frequent vidya related boards since they also discuss Japanese games and pretty much come here only to discuss untranslated media (mostly VNs) or lurk in the doll threads.
A slow board like this is perfect since not many Anons know Japanese and as such untranslated discussion would just get flooded by more popular threads.

Why do crossboarders need to post unrelated images of close ups of faces making strange expressions with every post they make?

>> No.10885912

Half of /jp/s "sewious" posters, who blame about crossboarders visit /a/ and /v/ frenquently anyway.

They are just trying to fit, on every board.
