Because I need help with it.

I'm currently looking for someone who can write the name Rocco (or Rokko if this works better in Japanese) in kanji if possible!
If it's not possible, is this name able to be written down in a different style?

kanji doesn't work as phonetic letters do, there isn't a "right" way of writing a given name with them and two people might give you two different ways of writing it
unfortunately you have no way of telling whether it looks ridiculous or a joke so good luck

but looking at the katakana symbol charts ロッコ makes the most sense to me.
Although I can't figure out what ッ means and why it's there.

All the other ones that are totally different usually don't make any sense when I run em through a translator, so I'm taking the safe route.

The little tsu means a double consonant.
Say the k sound for and extra beat before saying ko.
ロッコ　ro-k-ko.

Please don't pick a kanji name, but if you really want there are a few options. It's better to just use katanaka ロッコ. Foreign names are only written in characters where that's the only script available (Chinese). If you type ろっこ on IME you'll get 六個, but really you're looking for something like 露児 which has to be done manually.

Kanji is not a phonetic script, so machine translation always gives you the meaning of the kanji rather than how they're pronounced. Technically spoken, all suggestions are correct.

In Chinese it’s actually better practice to adopt a proper Chinese name rather than mangling the original name phonetically, with good reason because it gets horrible. Take Pyotr Chaikovsky, that’s 彼得··柴可夫斯基—Bide Chaikefusiji.

don´t worry. Im not stupid enough to get a tattoo, especially a kanji one.

No it´s for a little side project i´m working on as a designer, i just needed the persons name in japanese before i´m going to present it to a japanese client. If it´s still wrong we can laugh it off, but if it´s correct i can get some great attention.
