Omoito by Morino Hon. It's a four-volume story about the Hourai doll suddenly gaining consciousness, but turns out she is not what one would expect her to be. What begins as a cute and heartwarming story becomes an epic drama of surprise, trust, and betrayal. One of the best Touhou doujinshi I've ever read.
