I was wondering the same, too.

Imagine a company that does custom onahole orders. You could choose attributes like tightness and skin tone from their website with simple sliders, and you could also choose the packaging to resemble whatever is you want.

Not afaik, but it's not hard at all to make one; the hard part is getting your hand on the right chemicals.
There's a thread on 2ch about homemade ones but it's shit, like most of 2ch.
It would probably cost ~500USD to get one custom made? And you'd have to know enough japanese and provide them with a mold.
