Any Demon's Souls otaku here?

Oblivion is fun. Skyrim is pretty damn awful. Make an Oblivion thread next time, OP.

You must be a masochist. The quest log for it was a nightmare to follow. Not to mention the cliffracers.

No, you scrub, he is right. Morrowind best TES, Oblivion the shittiest

I agree. In Skyrim, I disliked pretty much all of the quest lines, I disliked the setting, I disliked all of the characters, and I disliked the gameplay. All more so than I did in any of the other Elder Scrolls games I've played (I haven't played Arena or Daggerfall).

Skyrim completely lacked the feeling of excitement I would get from traveling to new towns and seeing each of them for the first in Morrowind and Oblivion. Not to mention the dungeons in Skyrim somehow managed to become even more repetitive than the ones in Oblivion. And a lot of Skyrim just felt like a massive attempt to cash-in on the "dragons are so epic! I'm such a nerd!" crowd.

Morrowind > Daggerfall > Skyrim > Arena > Oblivion

Oblivion with loli and Touhou mods and ignoring normal gameplay > all

I can't enjoy first-person fighting games with RPG elements. Hitting a town guard with your legendary Daedric artifact forty times isn't fun, it's just doing math. Totally ruins the immersion.

A bit ironic how the 'role-playing' elements are what breaks the roleplay.

I found it pretty weird how you could come into contact with most of the daedric lords without much effort. Is it really supposed to be that easy and common for people to speak with them in the lore?

I got bored of Skyrim faster than I did with Morrowind. In fact, I still haven't found most of the stuff in Vvardenfell. I don't feel like configuring mods to go back into it though.

I got to the last main quest about killing the main dragon parthanon at the throatworld but it was going to take way too long and id done enough sidequests and stuff that I kind of got tired of it

>> No.10818795

Oblivion is a better game than skyrim. You can't deny it. the only improvement skyrim made was to the scenery. Skyrim can hardly be called an RPG.
