None of the popular doujin places have international shipping.
You could look on Mandarake but their selection is quite limited. Rakuten is a market place that has some shops with international shipping. I think the biggest international stores that sell doujinshi there are Suruga-ya and Auc-Terraformer.
You should really get a proxy to order from places Melonbooks or Toranoana if you want specific books.
