Do you use your NEET hours to their fullest potential?

I've studied Japanese for six hours today, exercised indoors for one hour, took a relaxing shower for 30 minutes, and then practiced playing instruments for two hours. It feels good to be an active NEET.

I've been denied any sort of disability pay due to not being able to prove my condition because I don't have health insurance to get a doctor to say such things.

It's simple things narcolepsy, anemia and weak joints. If I stand too long I pass out essentially.

Emotionally instability makes it difficult to do much of anything as well...

Wow way overslept there, Its 7pm now.
As for night life I do not go out ever so I wouldn't know. Ive just gotten into the bad habit of staying up later and later everynight that my sleep schedule gets delayed 1 - 2 hours everyday. I guess this is unhealthy so sometime I try to get back to a normal routine but I just can't stick to it. Anyone have the same problem?
