Somebody I met in a psych ward about a year ago. The person insisted on giving me their email. I emailed the person to make sure they are OK (this person is very suicidal) and now the person keeps trying to hang out with me. I've never had friends before so I don't know what to do.

When you first meet you might need to make small talk, like stuff you might have in common. It's important to get to know each other on a basic level before calling each other friends.
Something easy to start out with would be mailing hem again and asking if they want to go out eating or watch a movie, maybe just have a walk in the park.
After you get that done, find a topic of interest, like if they like some TV show, a video game, a movie, or a hobby.
You can probably go from there.

I live in Canada have been a COMPLETE hermit for 13 years. I dropped out of school in grade 8 and have a childhood medical diagnosis for GAD /w Panic, Agoraphobia, major depression/dismotivation.

Can I get NEET bux? I haven't ever worked, never driven, have had income tax returns w/ 0 income forever, didn't graduate, have been keeping a rapport with my doctor since I was a kid -- he knows I am anxious as fuck. I also have papers detailing their diagnoses and treatment course

I was also treated with the following since childhood:

Prozac (8)
Rispiridone (11)
Trazadone (13)
Clonazapam (15 -- Was on 3.5mg a day)


I was under the care of the Head of Psychiatry as a child for around 3 years in addition to:

4 other psychologists
3 other psychiatrists

I have tried Cognitive Behavioral therapy around 8 times over 2-3 years including an alternative school w/ resident psychatrist drug shill.

I have been in and out of treatment since around 9 years old (currently 26), stopped eating for 4 weeks as a child (documented).


The problem I see is that I live with my parents (who rent) and I don't have any expenses at the moment, my mother doesn't work and my father makes around $50~k/yr

I was thinking of renting the apartment down the street, paying the power bill and eating my parents food, is this "okay?". I'd only pay rent and power and use my internet across the street, this is technically legal right? I don't think I can get Bux while living at home as far as I can tell.

tl;dr I want them fucking NEET bux, is it easy in Canada?

I do not live in Canada, nor do I have any real experience with government benefits and welfare, but you sound very eligible for government support.
If you have all that documented on paper you can probably apply for it. I don't know how things work in Canada so Google around a bit to see who or where you go to to turn in an application for finance support.

You should have no problems getting it.

A few days ago my aunt called me to visit her house so she could talk to me about my future.
