Are NEETs real?
It seems like a recurring theme in anime.
Is it something Japan made up? Can you imagine someone that stays at home all day and doesn't do anything productive?

(By the way, I posted on /jp/ because I want to discuss something related to Japan and not discuss about anime)

My mom finally got her disability. They said they're going all the way back to 2005.

I'm afraid she's going to fall back on old habits though (like alcoholism and hard drugs).

Parents. Actually I'd like to find a job but get a "non-qualified" or "too-qualified" everywhere I go.

That's the irony, people keep telling you to do something productive with your life and when you look for a job they don't give you any slightest fuck*ng chance. I'm seriously thinking of living off autism bucks if this keep going.

I got a newer bike today after riding my grandfather's S90. It's a 2004 SV650. I finally get brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, liquid cooling, a speedometer, and six gears. It rained on the 30 mile ride home, it was my first time riding in the rain as well as riding in the dark.

Oddly, the insurance is only eight more dollars than the 48 year old S90.

I know what you mean.

I even mined a some, back when several could be mined in a day, and they were worth fractions of a penny, but never bothered properly storing them as the wallet and account shit was too much hassle.

The worst part was that I thought they'd get big, but I was too lazy.

does anybody else agree that there's way too much sugar in conventional strawberry jam? it doesn't matter what brand i buy, they all taste the same, all super sweet that it's oversweet

they taste nothing like home made strawberry jams which have a more balanced sweetness and isn't oversweetened by dumping a few extra cups of sugar into it

why do all these companies produce strawberry jam with the same sugar to strawberry ratio? it's unpleasant!

Its to offset the filler. Sort of like how juices will have maybe 10% juice and the rest water so they fill it up with sugar to make it taste "fruity."

Yea, same guy from a few months ago. Handled very, very close to a dirtbike. It still runs, but it's one problem after the other. Right now I'm thinking either the battery is still not getting charged, or the carb jets have clogged again. It's all of the sudden gotten jerky while accelerating and even at higher revs and occasionally stalls, but will start back up and idle after a bit of rest. I'll probably ride it like I originally imagined, which is basically around the neighborhood and places I would be able to walk home from in case it stalls.
