I would guess Reisen has the most experience and makes the best operator RIGHT NOW. In general Sakuya seems pretty popular for the roll. There are too many crazy powers people could use. Imagine Yuyuko floating around just making people dead.

Grenadier - Marisa

Other:
Repair Specialist - Nitori
Combat Medic - Udonge, Eirin being back at home
AT Rifleman - Okuu
Marksman - Momiji

Nazrin would make good special forces because she's small and can find things. Eiki can be artillery and pass on 'judgement' from afar.

I imagine Sakuya as being calm, cool, and collected. Someone who is patient yet strict. The other members are more hot-headed, and if it comes down to it, I can also see her stopping time and popping up behind them with a knife at their neck to get them to calm down when they want to go Rambo (of course, this is all with Touhou levels of lethality, so no lives are threatened). Plus I see her ability as the most useful for a combat situation.

And while I'm at it, I'll explain the others. Of course, for Yuugi, I can see her going gung-ho, standing up and unloading a whole belt while laughing. For Aya, I can see a quick hot-shot that can speedily flank or dash from cover to cover and hit with lethal accuracy. For Marisa, well... I just enjoy the thought of her standing back and firing grenades at people with a cigarette and a crooked smile.
