I use Ebay to get prom dresses. I also use it for almost all normal girls clothes.

For cosplay i buy from Cospatio and Webkiss. You will need a shipping service for them. However they are the only online shops i have found that sell great quality cosplay. All the skirts are lined and everything is how they would be if they were real!

I go thrifting and try on everything in the store that is in pastel colors. Sometimes clothes may look dumpy on the rack next to other old used clothes but they may be very cute when you try them on. It's very easy to steal from thrift stores because there are no ink tags on any of the clothes and usually the people working there are just doing community service in lieu of jail time so they don't give a shit. I am very very poor so I steal all of my clothing. Claire's is my favorite place to get accessories, they have lots of cute hairbows and plastic shit for little girls. Security is very low there as well, all the ones I've been to have no anti-theft tags. They don't sell cute hosiery in the mall so I actually need to buy socks, which I get from sockdreams. I also make my own accessories and do modifications to clothes to make them cuter by putting lace and bows and stuff on them. I would like to get some cute pastel sneakers but shoes are a very risky thing to steal...

At thrift stores you can sandwich girl clothes between mens clothes so no one can see them when you take them into the stall to try them on. If you're looking at stuff in the women's section, no one will be suspicious unless you're being super obvious that the clothes are for you by like holding blouses up to your chest to see how they look and such. I wouldn't try this at a store with more security and organization where someone has to count the number of items you take into the dressing room; you will probably get dirty looks or be told you can't try the items on.

You have to take the width of your feet into account as well. Look for shoes in your size marked with a W. I'm a women's 8 1/2 W but if there are no wide shoes I have to wear a women's 10 and use insoles to fill out the extra empty space.

I would suggest searching brands and such you like!
Brands such as Liz Lisa, Tralala, Cecil McBee, etc have really cute skirts. As for leg wear you should search around the tags for those brands.

I'd say find a brand you like look into Taobao and shopping services. It can be very expensive shipping wise but TaoBao and Yahoo Japan auctions usually have great deals!

I suggest you turn to /cgl/ and explain your situation as well. They may give more advice on brands and such. As for panties, I like Peach John which is like Japanese Victoria Secret and they have many cute stuff. Maybe you'll like it?

Oh I forgot! Cosmates.jp is a wonderful source as they also sell lingerie, panties, socks, casual outfits, maid uniforms, school uniforms, lolita etc! It's not some fetish shop either. They have some outfits that are meant for certain situations but most of their costumes and clothes aren't really lewd. Plus they're really cheap prices but great quality!
