Best free online resource for learning Japanese? I just finished my Bachelors in Computer Science, and I am spending a year in Japan teaching English to little kids, so I would like to learn a little Japanese before I go. I have about a year.

No I don't want to increase my debt further and pay for a course.

There are an infinite amount of resources out there for learning languages, especially Japanese. I would know because I speak Dutch natively and a friend wanted to learn and everything online for free I could find for him is garbage.

But nice shitposting anyways.

You're lucky though, immersion is pretty much the best way to learn.
