Great news! The most recent Prinny Bomb has announced that NISAmerica is finally starting to sell the option of having prints rather than glicees! If you remember my post >>10217272 I mention how it's dumb that they only offer glicees, it's like they are truly listening to our woes! Hopefully they can move this onto the Disgaea merch as well.

Also, as an avid button collector, I am also glad to see that NISA has even started to make button pins! THANK NISA!

Giclee* my bad. They're enhanced versions of the art that allow for more vivid colors and textured as if it were painted on a canvas. The picture attached is an example of one of their posters. There are also not flat like prints are.

Also pardon my spelling and grammar in the last couple posts, I am just very happy to see this advancement by NISA.

Just a friendly reminder to not support NISA. Don't forget about Mugen Souls, please.

Get a load of this hipster. Do you put them all over your messenger bag for when you're riding your fixed downtown to the local coffee shop?

It just isn't the same without the 2D sprites.

I doubt any drop in sales will stop them from censoring something that will get them in trouble. CarpeFulgur's pointless censoring stemming from them being bitter spergs is one thing, but...

Punish society for having dumb values, not some guys that localize a bunch of super cool games.

You don't think Recettear and Fortune Summoners are super cool games?

There's no evidence at all that it would have gotten them in trouble in the US, where most of their sales are and where they are located.

It was a marketing ploy to allow the game to release without worries elsewhere. Now one can't blame a company for wanting to get the game out in as many areas as possible but if a game has to be (majorly) changed and sections deleted for it to happen, I'd prefer they kept the game's integrity and just not release it, or limited release it.

In any case, I don't like it and many others don't and many others shouldn't. And the only way to speak out is to not pay.

You cannot argue that anything was illegal in the game, at least in the US. That's just not an argument you can use.

Nevermind the fact that anime gets released in the US, Canada, and elsewhere that's above and beyond worse (Qwaser from Sentai immediately comes to mind).

It wasn't going to get anyone in trouble. End of story.

Nice, this is the only thing these games are good for anyway.
