So I'm trying to teach myself Japanese and I have Hiragana down pack and I'm alright with just that...for now..But really I need help improving my vocabulary. Any tips?

Honestly, what did it for me was watching slice of life animes. You pick up alot of words, and most of them will be useful in everyday language. Second to that, try pirating the Pimsluer lessons for japanese.
