I suggest this:

ME VEINS

It's parody of "my sides".

Take a laughing reaction image usually associated with phrase "MY SIDES".
Then draw some blue lines resembling veins.
Finally you post it with the phrase "ME VEINS".

Can be used in reaction to anything humorous.
Of course, usage will mutate over time.

If it catches on then there will be entertaining conflict with MY SIDES customer.
So, let's work hard to make "ME VEINS" new epic meme.
