I wish to one day CEO a frim or org that specializes in the creation of compact, green, financially productive, agricultural spaces for deployment in an urban environments. I've written an informal business plan and research about this topic in my spare time, but I would need to become a materials science or architecture major with an agroecology minor to get my head around the specifics of creating modular units for the purposes of urban share-cropping.

However, if this idea ever becomes a reality, I hope to employ people like those of /jp/ as main workers, who will have the main job of maintaining the lattices used to grow crops, harvest when needed, and be generally pleasant without the need for further socialization.

I like the idea of employing marginally employable people because everyone deserves a chance if they need it and it's better macroeconomically to have these people being productive and taken care of financially by their own labor than by a government or their own destitute criminality.
