I would for Reisen.

Something about her resonates with me - of all the Touhou cast, she's the one who's had the least control over her life. For such a person to die, to have their life stolen from them before they've had a chance to truly live it, is too horrible to bear.

Going to "hell and beyond".... LITERALLY going to hell and beyond, will require some planning. Crossing the Sanzu river will be fairly straight forward. Only Komachi can ferry souls across the river, right? And fat is more buoyant then muscle. And mammaries are primarily fat. And Komachi has some impressive cleavage.

Long story short, I'll beat her fucking senseless and row her across the Sanzu, using her scythe as a pole.

Dealing with THE LAW will be a little more complex, but orchestrating an Afterlife Jailbreak should do the trick; keep her more preoccupied with other things.
