If you're going to complain about something from Utsuho, it has to be Peta Flare or her first spell. Utsuho is overall a completely fair and simple final boss fight, compared to say, Remilia or Kanako. Remilia sometimes has actual walls of bullets that you cannot avoid. Kanako has that eye-ripping opening non and wall-assault VoWG.
