This particular Kogasa goes for 7000ish yen. With the dollar still being slightly inferior to the yen, combined with international shipping costs, this guy actually made out okay for what he paid.

To get it for 73USD with completely free 3 day shipping isn't that bad. He could have done worse.

Only downside is waiting for them to respond, and it's a ballbreaker when you wait a couple of days for an out of stock cancellation notice.
