I really loved the production but hated Mariqueen's vocals. Sometimes her voice can be OK, but most of the time she just doesn't fit and ruins the track.

Really liking where Trent's at with his instrumentals right now, I think he could make a mind blowing NIN album with all of it. And now NIN is touring again, so we'll most likely get a new release this year. Yay.

Yup, these are both of my main issues.

The lyrics are extremely fucking weak and Mariqueen cannot sing for shit.

There was one part, ONE SINGLE part of the album I enjoyed. "And The Sky Began To Scream", at the end when it switches to Trent repeating "I will tear it down to the ground and build another one". The rest of the album was just such a let down.

Japanese musician and songwriter Taiji Sawada died yesterday morning at the Commonwealth Health Center, Saipan, some three days after he reportedly tried to kill himself.

A Department of Public Safety official confirmed that Sawada passed away at 11am. The official, who requested anonymity, said that Sawada's body was taken to CHC's morgue. He refused to elaborate.

A Department of Public Health staff separately said that Sawada had been on life support at the intensive care unit after he became brain dead. Sawada's family made the decision to unhook the life support system, the staff said.

The staff said that Sawada's mother and his girlfriend were at the hospital.
