It's a double axis. Lawful plays by the rules, Chaotic doesn't. Good and Evil are the usual.

Chaotic Evil is a psychopath, Chaotic Good is Robin Hood, Lawful Good is an upstanding police officer, Lawful Evil is someone who uses the law to do selfish or sadistic things.

Not that it matters because alignment systems are inherently terrible and no good tabletop system uses them.

Haha, this is probably why the chart is so wrong. Lawful Good is a care worker, an upstanding police officer is lawful neutral.

Yama is Lawful Neutral.
Reimu is Chaotic Good.
Marisa is True Neutral.
Yuyuko is Chaotic Neutral.
Okuu is Neutral Evil.
Yukari is probably also Neutral Evil or True Neutral.

For Good-Evil it's: Preference to aim for a resolution that benefits everyone, to preference for a particular agenda even when it's extremely detrimental to others.

For Lawful-Chaotic it's: Follwoing everything by rules, natural order, and laws, to doing whatever the hell you want.

In that way Shikieiki is LN since she will punish you because it's the law. TN for Marisa since she's a maverick that can go any way. Yuyuko is CN because she doesn't really think about the consequences.
NE for Okuu because there's a method to her madness, CE would be more like Cirno, Wriggle, or Flandre.
