Nah it's already uploaded in various places. There are multiple ones to, so if you're looking for something specific do a google on the pack name and you should pull up pastebins with lists of the games in the pack.

Anyway:

1.If you have an underground gamer account, apparently they have two packs of PC98 games on there. If you do have an account, mind throwing me an invite?

2. Clubbox has a great pack of PC98 games uploaded, (Emu) PC98_Games [1813本]+rr5 . Just google up a clubbox usage guide and you should be fine.

Somewhat, but the restrictions for Evolution are severely limited. There is no space exploration nor colonization.

In this you evolve based on the points you put into a specific stat. Strength (Fangs), Vitality (Heart), Intellect (Head with brain sticking out), or Defense. Intellect is usually the first to be evolved early on as you learn rest which makes battles easier.

Anex86 is a PC98 emulator for Windows that surprisingly has a GUI that's in English, so you don't have to blow your mind trying to figure out what you're doing. It ran at frameskip 5 or something on the Pentium 120 I tried it out on, but if you have a newer computer you should be fine. I don't know about the legality of the ROMs for these emulators, though, so you will have to find them yourself (it's not that hard).

Neko Project II

This is a PC-98 emulator for Windows that is based on the T98 source code, and inevitably so, very fast. It doesn't have that many features yet, but it's update very regularly.

This emulator is from the same people who coded T98-Next. It only works on Windows NT based systems.

T98-Next

This emulator is kind of a sequel to T98, though I couldn't get it to run in Windows 2000 it seems to support a whole lot of nice things, so if it works on your system, you might want to check it out.

Yeah it's limited. It plays more like Dragon Quest, except you can actually see the enemies you can fight compared to BS random encounters.

You move with the numberpad keys (Keys on far right of keyboard) rather than cursor keys or WASD, Space or enter opens the menus.
