Day 1 was full of surprises, with Pareo wa Emerald, River, Beginner, Ponytail to Shushu and Kaze Wa Fuite all ranking around the 80s
Day 2 came with Sakura no Hanabiratachi in the 60s and Flying Get in the 50sDay 2 also saw the announcement of TGSK stepping down from the AKB48 theater manager position, to take the general *48 group theater manager position. Welp, I slept through today's concert, so I'm now trying to catch up by watching the playlists on Youku. Thank heavens the Chinese fans are amazingly fast at uploading them.
Can anyone care to explain how HKT48 managed to rank so high above the singles? That song isn't even original, just a derivation of AKB48. It should be prohibited to vote for songs like that, it's as much of a cheating as voting for the Ouverture.

As a side note, Takamina was amazing in Bird but she sounded kinda exhausted while performing Itoshisa no Accel.

That alone makes the japanese approach to lesbianism more open than the american one, which still consist on "ugh, laugh at them, stare at them from afar, and hire them for porn".

But then there's stuff like takarazuka, which in many cases is pretty much open lesbianism, and gay bars and even gay maid cafes that even normalfags visit as an attraction, without feeling disgusted.

Take the sexuality discrimination and take an approach as if you were discussing racism:

in the US, a nigger is considered a menace to society, and measures (that used to be very openly practiced, but now are practiced through sophisms) are being taken to get them as far away as you as you can.

On the other hand, a nigger in japan is considered an attraction. As long as they're not rude and don't want to fuck your daughter, you wouldn't mind spending your time with them, and maybe even be friends. Let them be niggers, they'll leave eventually anyway.

This isn't really correlated, the "lesbianism as a phase" comes mostly from the fact that culturally they place a lot of importance into following a role model. So a young girl liking girls is mostly seen as mistaking "love" for "yearning/admiration".
But for people who are actually declared homosexuals it's different. It's sort of hard to say whether it's more open or not, but I would be inclined to say they're not; since they have a clear separation between public and private, as long as you keep your shit private no one cares, but bringing that shit in the open is pretty much asking for discrimination and ostracism in a group-minded culture that frowns on diversity. Civil rights of homosexuals in Japan are pretty much nil last I heard.

I disagree with this. It's much easier to change outright hatred into acceptance than to change "it's just a phase" into something more realistic. At least in America the problem is confronted head-on. In Japan, people insist there is no problem. That's worse.

While I think you're right on this, for anyone who is actually gay it's fairly meaningless. When society denies them having a meaningful relationship (which Japan does, insisting their relationship is only a phase), it denies their entire lifestyle. 1 - I looked for the file in google, and opened the tracker link.
2 - When I clicked on "DOWNLOAD TORRENT", it asked me to log in.
3 - I imputed one of my usual nickname/password combinations, and it looks like I had already registered, most likely a long time ago.
4 - Now under "DOWNLOAD TORRENT", a message that says "PS. You current ratio is 0.00 and you have to wait 1 day before downloading this torrent" appears.
5 - If I click on "DOWNLOAD TORRENT", I'm hit with a message that says "You are not authorised to download this torrent. Your ratio is to low and you have to wait 1 day before downloading this torrent". Sadly, the staff of the tracker doesn't appear to know the difference between "to" and "too" and between "s" and "z", but that's irrelevant to our current issue.
6 - Looking at my profile, it appears I've downloaded 3.56MB and uploaded 1byte. I most likely started downloading something that, for some reason, I cancelled however long I made this account ago.

So, pray tell, how is this thing not a private tracker again? In what way am I doing something wrong?

If you need an account to start a torrent so your torrenting info (ips used, ratio, etc) gets stored in the server where you got the torrent from, you're using a private tracker. And this particular tracker fills all the requirements.

You need to spend more time on /g/ if you want to refute technical definitions.

It's its definition. How you get the account is irrelevant to the tracking technology. A private tracker requires a tracking address, a port and a key. The key is used to link your bittorrent package to your tracker account. But how you got the key is not important. The description page can be seen by the public. But you can't get to the torrent without an account. I switched from Mayu to Paruru simply because she felt more real.

That's it. I'm sick of all this "Masteridol Acchan" bullshit that's going on in the AKB system right now. Paruru deserve much better than that. Much, much better than that.

I should know what I'm talking about. I myself handshaked a genuine Paruru in Japan for 2,400,000 Yen (that's about $20,000) and have been practicing with it for almost 2 years now. I can listen to recordings for 12 hours with my Paruru.

Japanese producers spend years pushing a single Paruru and push it up to a million times to produce the finest idol known to mankind.

Paruru are thrice as cute as European idol and thrice as adorable for that matter too. Anything a singer can perform, a Paruru can perform better. I'm pretty sure a Paruru could easily outperform a geniunly talented singer in a single concert.

Ever wonder why medieval Europe never bothered conquering Japan? That's right, they were too scared to fight the disciplined Wota and their Paruru of destruction. Even in World War III, American soldiers targeted the men with the Paruru first because their idol power was feared and respected.
